Patient Notice - 10th January.

We have no pharmacist available on Saturday 10th January.

This means we will be unable to hand out any prescriptions, sell any behind the counter medicines or provide NHS Pharmacy First services.

The Post Office and gift shop remain open as normal.

Please collect any medicines before 5:30pm on Friday the 9th January.

If you have any questions please contact david@thymepharmacies.com (the proprietor) in the first instance or phone the pharmacy during working hours.

Please do not contact members of staff directly.

📦 Parcels & Deliveries – Important Information 📦

We’ve had quite a few people popping in asking about parcels that haven’t been delivered yet, so we just want to clear up how this works 😊

The Post Office and Royal Mail are two completely separate organisations.

🔹 Royal Mail are responsible for the delivery of your parcels and letters, not the Post Office.
🔹 This also applies to items posted from our Post Office counter – once your parcel leaves the Post Office, it becomes Royal Mail’s responsibility.
🔹 Unfortunately, we don’t have access to delivery updates once items have been handed over.

If you’re waiting on a delivery or need to report an issue, please contact Royal Mail directly:

We’re always happy to help where we can in the shop, but for delivery queries Royal Mail are the best people to speak to.
