‘I’m so glad I decided to take back control 💪’.

Laura (laura_journey25 on Instagram) has lost almost 3st 7lbs (22.2kg) with the support of her Slimming World group ❤️.

Now she’s reached her dream weight she’s planning on making activity a habit, wants to build strength at the gym, and is determined to maintain everything she’s achieved so far 🤗.
