Action First Physiotherapy at Rock Fitness Goole

As you may have seen, we are holding a first aid course at our Snaith clinic tomorrow, Tuesday 21st April. This means our main reception and phones will not be manned from 12pm-5pm. We will return calls and check emails throughout the afternoon so please bare with us.

For our in service training this month we had a guest speaker, Mr Samir Ali Salih of Arthritis Specialists. Samir is a hip and knee surgeon working from the Spire Methley park and Living care Cannon medical arena in Sheffield.
He spoke to our physiotherapist about the advantages of robotic surgery versus traditional surgery in Knee and Hip replacements as well as the advantages of prehab aswell as rehab.
It was an informative training session and we look forward to working with Samir in the future.

As you may have seen recently our chosen charity this year is in aid of research into the brain cancer Glioblastoma. We have been doing facials to raise money and have other fundraisers in the pipeline. If you would like to help support our cause, please visit our just giving page created by Emily, Kirsteen's daughter and her friend Neave. Their headteacher was sadly diagnosed last year and they want to do everything they can to help raise money to aid research into this hugely underfunded type of cancer.

Please be aware that if you are coming to an appointment at our Rock fitness clinic, there are roadworks outside so please allow more time for your journey. These should hopefully be completed by Friday.
