To say I was emotional is an understatement.

I can’t thank everyone who has nominated me for a spotlight enough but this comment right here really touched my heart.

I wish there were words that I could say to take the pain away and to say thank you for trusting me with your angel baby.

My team and I are always here for you and your family through such a tragic and dark time.

I am so extremely touched being nominated for a spotlight by someone who was moved by a simple act of kindness we showed on baby loss awareness week.

We know we hold you up when we page but we don’t do it maliciously to hold you up.

This is our way of saying goodbye to someone much loved and respected and we only do this when we leave or arrive at destinations.

We ask for your patience during this time and if you could let us pass and bow your heads it would mean a great deal to us and more importantly to the family.

Thank you to all the families who came to our chapel and lit a candle to remember their little angel babies, I hope it gave you comfort in the time when you needed it.

You cannot only give one week in a year to raise awareness of miscarriage or still births. For anyone needing support whether we looked after you or not or if it was recent or in the distant past we understand that the pain can still be there.

Thank you for your trust in us.

Kirsty, some friends and I will be doing the Tough Mudder Yorkshire with friends and family for two amazing causes. One to raise money for cold cots for hospitals and hospices to provide valuable time for families to spend with their angel babies. As well as Chasing Rainbows Registered Charity for their amazing work supporting families that have experienced infant loss whether still born, miscarriage or infertility. Just to remind anyone who has been effected by infant loss/still born or miscarriage our chapel will be open between 6pm and 8pm tomorrow evening for anyone that wishes to light a candle or write a letter and put it in our post box.

Please share if possible with anyone that might feel that they wish to come.

I had the absolute privilege to be invited to the Chasing Rainbows Registered Charity The Big Rainbow Bash.

A truly amazing charity in our area helping so many inspiring women and families. What a wonderful and emotional night, such a great atmosphere and to see and meet all the people and hear their story on infant loss and infertility was so touching.

I would love for people to raise awareness on this and for people to see the good that this charity does.

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Christopher Moffat.

Christopher’s memorial service will be held at St Mary’s Church, Hook on the 15th of October at 11am.

He is deeply loved by his parents Robert and Patricia and by his devoted wife Sophie as well as his brothers Gavin and Neil.
