As we come towards the last few weeks in 2025, looking for Christmas present idea's for yourself and for those you love and care about... Consider getting in touch with Jo at About You and Yours. One one sessions; face to face & virtually and small intimate workshops for up to 4 participants. Larger groups can be discussed directly. Workshops are face to face in Howden, East Yorkshire.

Self-care is an important part of putting your own oxygen mask on first before you can give to anything else... work/jobs/family etc.

Relax, Reconnect & the Confident You sessions:
Aims are to relax by focusing on your breathing through guided relaxations, connect with other like minded people. Led by Jo who is a wellbeing expert blending skills from her coaching/counselling and hypnotherapy background to support improved connection's to self. **A goodie bag of takeaways included**

World Mental Health day 2025

An important day to take a breath, recognise some self-care that you can implement today and moving forward. There is no Health without Mental Health and looking after you, to enable you to participate in your day to day connections is essential. You can't pour from an empty jug.

The psychosocial aspect of this year's campaign embraces the importance amongst other things of the connections we have with others. The hope we have and reaching out to either a professional or a family member/friend if you want to talk to someone.

Take this day to check in with yourself and others around you.
