Exciting things to come for the charity and all to benefit those in need and sleeping rough.

This evening , Help the Homelezz has helped another young man off the streets here in Goole ! Cold weather , dark nights……. We just wanted him safe. This is all thanks to you , our supporters ! Please keep supporting our charity so we can help those in need !

Update - so our Howden project elderly gentleman , ex veteran has today had his washing machine delivered. We are desperate for it to be plumbed in and more plumbing done. Please can anyone help this 86 year old ?

Cold weather closing in and our team of volunteers are still patrolling ERY and Hull in search of those sleeping rough. Wind, rain, cold temperatures and soon snow. They will continue to do what they do. Please show them appreciation and support our charity so we can continue to do our work.

Big thank you to “Morrisons” Goole, Dianne Partington for the lovely donation of provisions for our outreach team and struggling families. We also want to thank all shoppers who purchase one of these little bags packed with provisions for those less fortunate.

Today our charity Help the Homelezz would like to give recognition for her hard voluntary work, long hours and commitment to running our Op Store. This person has gone above and beyond anything expected and the charity cannot than her much. October volunteer of the month is proudly presented to Op Store Manageress “Helen Rockett” (on the left)

UPDATE - The Howden project which is to help an elderly Man , ex veteren and who suffered 2 kitchen fires and left with no running in kitchen and no hot water has had a transformation and new kitchen. Various companies and individual people have given their time and sweat to help this gentleman and still do.
This week, a new flooring has been fitted in his kitchen, making it another step to completion. Thank you to Colin for his excellent work ans donating the flooring and his time.
