🔥 Swedish Sauna + 🧊 Cold Plunge + ✨ Reiki + 🧘‍♂️ Meditation = A Reset Like No Other

Me and my partner took some well-earned recovery time and had an incredible experience at Equilibrium Spaces in Goole.

We alternated between a powerful Swedish sauna and cold plunges at 4° and 7°C. The contrast hit hard (in a good way!) and left us sharp, recharged, and buzzing with energy. 💥

Our host Agata also guided us through calming meditations and even gave us a short reiki session. The whole experience felt like a reset—physically and mentally.

Highly recommend it if you're serious about recovery, resilience, and performance—this isn’t just self-care, it’s elite recovery for body & mind. 💪🧠
