Before this inspection we reviewed the information we held about the service, such as notifications we had received from the provider and information we had received from the local authority. Notifications are when providers send us information about certain changes, events or incidents that occur.

With the UK experiencing record temperatures, its not just the grass that's suffering and Pets that we should be looking out for. Its important to make sure that the more vulnerable in our society are kept well hydrated too so be sure to drop in on your relatives and neighbours to make sure they are ok! Our hydration stations have become the must be location in the home!

While it appears it may be coming home.... At this home we will be sure to be sat around the TV tomorrow supporting the boys and no doubt reminiscing with our residents about those memories of '66!
