✨ Courtney’s Hours – August Update ✨

Courtney is now available on the following days in August:

🗓 Thursdays: 4pm – 8pm
🗓 Saturdays: 9am – 11am

We’re planning to grow these hours soon to include more evenings and longer days, but for now, we’re easing her in gently 💆‍♀️

Starting this Saturday, we have one space left at 11am ❌ **now taken** – so if you’d like to snap up this fantastic offer, don’t wait!

🌟 Welcome to the Team, Courtney! 🌟

We’re excited to welcome Courtney Davies to the team this August as our newest Sports Therapist! 🙌

Courtney holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation, graduating with a 2:2, and brings over 400 hours of clinical and pitch-side experience to the role. She’s currently the Sports Therapist for Goole Vikings Rugby League and Goole RUFC, and also plays netball for Hull KR – a true all-rounder with a passion for helping athletes stay at the top of their game!

🏉 6 years of experience as a qualified lifeguard
🏃‍♀️ PHISIS Level 2 qualified – with plans to complete Level 3 in the near future
💪 Loves working with all types of injuries, focused on getting people back to doing what they love most.

Huge well done to all the incredible runners and organisers who made today such a brilliant event 👏

Extra shoutout to Megan who ran the race and still stepped in to help out afterwards – now that’s dedication! 💪 Thanks for lending a hand and getting stuck into some hands-on massage experience 👣
