Yesterday morning we were joined by our lovely Laura for a fantastic Zumba class at Windsor Court 💃🎶

We danced away to the golden oldies, sharing lots of smiles, laughter and great energy! Exercise is so important for older people, helping to improve mobility, balance and overall health – and what better way to do it than through music and movement.

We can’t thank Laura enough for the fun, enthusiasm and positivity she brings to Windsor Court. We’re already looking forward to the next session!

Us and asked if our residents would colour some pictures in
To be displayed in the supermarket’s window to celebrate 200years of course we said yes some of our residents making a start of the colouring 🖍️
