It's very rare that my patients will let me share their images, so I'm particularly grateful to my lovely Jan.
Jan has had two appointments so far, and we've used a combination of & fillers, plus some wrinkle relaxing injections and skin boosters

We are continuing on with the neck, and you can see the little raised bumps in her neck skin (after photos), where the hyaluronic acid was placed superficially to rehydrate the skin in this area.

She's a beautiful lady inside and out, so I hope you will join me in agreeing that dermal fillers do not need to look fake or false. They just need to be utilised sympathetically and the injector must have an artistic flare.

He's always been my best friend as well as my lovely Dad, so I let Bazza have the first trial of my new Renpro Eye massager 👁️👁️

He actually fell asleep within about three minutes of having it on, even though he's quite clearly not in the right position to receive a serious treatment.

Bazza is not allowed to have Botox or fillers anymore, because he was a very non-compliant patient. He refused to use cosmeceuticals including the obligatory SPF I insisted on!

Anyway, he's a bloody good sport, and for over the 20 years I've been offering aesthetics, he's been my main guinea pig and model 💕

Love him so dearly xx

A great example of how a good tear trough treatment can lighten and brighten the area under the eyes and also provide some volumisation.
I love these results on this beautiful young woman, who has bravely let me use her photographs.

I always use a cannula to place the hyaluronic acid filler in the periorbital area, for the safest and most effective result. I then ask the patient to come back 3 to 4 weeks later for review, as it often takes a few weeks for the filler to settle and provide the improvements requested.
