But by the time the evening hit, I’d feel out of control—raiding the cupboards, eating anything I could find, and feeling so guilty afterwards. It was like I couldn’t stop. The harder I tried to ‘be good,’ the worse it got. I felt stuck in this cycle and hated the way it made me feel.”
