I just uploaded a new 20-minute Chair Yoga session that I think you’re really going to love. Today, we aren't just staying seated—I’ve included some "progressive" standing poses for those of you who want to work on your balance and leg strength!
Don't worry, the chair is there to support you the whole time. 🪑
We’ll work through everything from shoulder stretches to a lovely "Eagle Pose" for the joints, finishing with a quick body scan to leave you feeling completely relaxed. 🧘‍♀️

65,000 subscribers!!! 🎉 feeling very grateful as I write this…

A few years ago when I started uploading, my grandson (age 8 at the time) said, “Nanna, you might get a YouTube play button when you reach 100k.” I remember thinking… bless him, such a lovely thought, and I loved his confidence in his Nanna.🥰

And yet here we are, two thirds of the way there… he may have been onto something!

It really does make me pause and feel so grateful… for every view, every comment, and every one of you who has taken the time to join me on the mat or chair.

Life has a funny way of surprising you.
