This week’s class is a Gentle Hatha Yoga practice to ease tension in your hips and lower back — perfect if you’ve been feeling a little stiff or achy. It’s suitable for all levels, especially if you're in your 60s (like me!) or just getting started.

We’ll move slowly through poses that gently stretch the hips, release the lower back, and help you feel more comfortable in your body — all in under 20 minutes.
