Today I reached two milestones I never quite imagined when I first started — 60,000 subscribers and 3.5 million views🎉

I want to say a very heartfelt thank you to everyone who practises with me, comments, shares, and especially to my star supporters. I truly couldn’t have done this without your kindness, encouragement, and continued support — it means more than you know.

I feel genuinely blessed to be able to share my yoga and chair yoga in my own slightly fun, down-to-earth way. My hope has always been to make movement feel enjoyable — something you want to come back to each day — a joy rather than a chore.

100 copies of my Chair Yoga book have now found their way into the world.

When I created it, my hope was simply to offer something gentle, accessible, and supportive for people who want to move and feel a little better in their bodies — especially if getting down to the floor isn’t an option.

The book sits alongside my YouTube channel, where I share free chair yoga and gentle practices for seniors and beginners. Knowing these are being used in homes and quiet moments of self-care means more than I can say.
