Huge congratulations to our May 2024 cohort for completing their OSCE training!

The cohort of 16 adult nurses completed our 15 day OSCE training programme on-site at the James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The group of 16 will be undertaking OSCE training with us for the next 3 weeks before moving to their employing organisations and taking their OSCEs!

Congratulations to Achala who passed the OSCE on her first attempt just 4 weeks after arriving in the UK!

To date we have trained over 550 nurses to support them to take their Adult, Paediatric or Mental Health OSCE. Our internationally educated OSCE trainers provide high quality training in line with part 2 of the NMC test of competence.

Isuri joined our March - April 2024 cohort for OSCE training, but was recruited on our platinum package. This means we were there to support Isuri from the moment she applied all the way through to arrival in the UK and joining OSCE training.

Our team has spent time building a rapport with Isuri, providing individualised pastoral support and ensuring her relocation process was as stress free as possible!

It's been amazing to be a part of Isuri's journey to achieve her biggest dream.
