Hi, I’m Shelley, a fitness instructor since 2003, based at Top Body Gym. I’ve been menopausal since the age of 33 and still navigate symptoms like low mood, lack of confidence, and that general “meh” feeling that life can sometimes bring.
My Wellness Within classes are designed especially for ladies who may feel reluctant or nervous about starting a fitness class. My aim is to help you feel truly at ease from the moment you walk in. We begin gently with mobility exercises for the joints, include walking routines for fun and cardio, strength work to support bone health, pelvic floor strengthening, and we always finish with a calming meditation to help settle the mind and support a good night’s sleep.
If you’re thinking about starting out, this really is the class for you. The ladies who attend are welcoming, supportive, and managing their own symptoms too — so you’re never alone. 🥰
