We have reached nearly 750 women with our Gorleston Women's Health Forum information evenings. Tonight is round 2 of our Autumn presentation. If every women has learnt something about their bodies we have achieved our goal. If they go on to talk to a friend about their experience, well, that's is very special indeed. World Menopause Day 2024.
Wow, another year has gone by and Clinic is flourishing. Helping women with a myriad of symptoms and challenges.

Some women are looking for an experienced clinician to start their treatment journey and others have complex health needs or very tricky hormones!

My Friday clinic at East Point Consulting Rooms is a little bit of sanity in a crazy world of practicing medicine for the NHS (Monday to Thursday!)

Dr Kate Ashdown-Nichol is a GP with a special interest in menopause, perimenopause and women's health. A caring and holistic approach to guide you through your menopause, helping with your symptoms, clinics at East Point Consulting Room Gorleston.

Taking time to re-set, de-stress and take deep restorative breaths is so important. Step off the treadmill of life, even if it is just for a few hours. Hubby and I had a micro break (22 hours) away for our wedding anniversary. We stayed at The Fisherman's Hut at South Elmham lakes. Tranquility, wild swimming and wildlife. Just gorgeous.
