We currently have 3 spaces available on our Beginner Pilates class, held every Tuesday at 11:45am at Martham Village Hall.

This mat based Pilates class is led by a Chartered Physiotherapist, making it ideal for anyone looking for expert guidance, safe movement, and a supportive environment. The class focuses on improving strength, mobility, balance and confidence in movement, and is suitable for beginners or those returning to exercise.

Location - Martham Village Hall
Class time - Tuesdays | 11:45am
