PATIENT NOTICE –
CLOSED FOR TRAINING

TY’R FELIN SURGERY WILL BE CLOSED FROM 1.30PM
WEDNESDAY 25TH FEBRUARY 2026.

If you need urgent care that cannot wait until the surgery is open then please ring 01656 523650.
Alternatively you can also phone 111 if you need health information and advice. If you have difficulty in accessing the 111 service, please ring 0345 46 47.
Community Pharmacies are also open and offer access to the Common Ailment Service offering free advice and medication if required for common ailments such as coughs, headaches, sore throat, diarrhoea etc. Thank you.

We are experiencing problems with our computer system and therefore having difficulties accessing patient information. If you are expecting a call back from a GP or nurse today this maybe delayed, please only ring the surgery if you have an EMERGANCY issue as there is limited information we can access. Sorry for the inconvenience and we are hoping this will be resolved as a matter of urgency by our supplier.

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR CLOSURES:
We will be closed for the 25th and 26th December and also the 1st January 2026.

The surgery has been hit again by staff sickness. We are down GP's and Reception staff - we are now severely short staffed, please only ring the surgery if necessary and bear with us while we try and cover all aspects of our services. Thank you for your understanding

We are extremely short staffed today with Reception staff. Please only ring the surgery if absolutely needed. Remember the pharmacy are able to help you with your coughs and colds and sore throats and even UTI's. If you do need to ring us we may take a little longer to answer. Please bear with us during this time. Thank you for your patience as always

We are experiencing a huge shortage of staff, both Drs and Admin staff at the surgery today due to sickness. Please bear with us. If you can wait to speak to the GP another day then please do so. Also, please remember you can visit the local pharmacy for advise and treatment on some common ailments. Thank you again for your understanding.
