Yoga Embrace Yoga classes combining mindfulness, movement, breathwork, meditation and relaxation.

We combine four elements in all our classes, physical movement, mindfulness, meditation and breathing practice, in order to build strength and balance in the entire self. We offer weekly group classes, small 6-week courses and private sessions online.

Just a reminder that it's OK not to feel positive 24/7.

On days when we're not feeling 100%, it's good to be mindful not to engage in negative self-talk, i.e. 'Snap out of it!'... 'Pull yourself together!', or to let those inherited inner messages tell us that it's not OK to not feel OK.

Instead on such days remind yourself that it's OK to feel as you do, and that it won't last forever. Show yourself more kindness on such days, more rest, more nature, more of the things that make you feel good/safe/looked after.

We all practise yoga, mindfulness and meditation for different reasons, and with various goals in mind.

Many of us take the time on our mats to create a safe space for self-exploration -thereby creating potential for shifts, often leading to growth and healing.

Yoga is so much more than movement, flexibility and physical strength.
