I provide treatments such as reflexology, Swedish massage, hot stone massage, holistic facial, Indian head massage, and reiki. I am based in Gosberton.

As well as two great value packages that are a combination of some of the treatments that I offer. I provide Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Facial Massage, Reiki, Hot Stone Swedish Body Massage and Hopi Ear Candling in my tranquil treatment room in Gosberton or for a small charge to cover fuel I offer mobile treatments.

PRICE UPDATE – From January 2026

This has honestly been a really hard decision for me, but I want to be open with everyone who supports my little business.

After over a decade of offering holistic treatments, I’ve realised my longer sessions are taking a much bigger toll on my body than they used to. Some days I really feel the physical strain afterwards, and I need to protect my body — it’s the only one I’ve got.

On top of that, so many of my costs have risen this year — insurance, products, energy bills, and even my booking system. I’ve been swallowing these increases for as long as I can, but I’ve reached a point where it’s just not sustainable.

You’ll also notice that some of my old packages are no longer on the list. A few of them (like the reflexology and massage combo) were honestly such good value that they encouraged lots of bookings, but the cost to my body just didn’t match the time and physical strain involved.
These treatments can still be booked separately, and you’re welcome to have them one after the other if you prefer, it’s just that the cost will now reflect the time and effort it takes for my body.
It’s taken me a long time to realise that I have to balance what I offer with what’s sustainable, and these changes reflect that.

So from January 2026, some of my treatment prices will be increasing slightly, and I’ll be simplifying my treatment list to protect my body and keep things manageable.

All appointments already booked up to the end of this year will stay at the old prices.
These new prices will only apply to treatments booked for the new year onwards.

I want to reassure you that:
• I’ve kept the increases as small as possible
• I haven’t made these decisions lightly
• My aim is to continue offering the same care, quality and experience
• I appreciate every single one of you

A Gentle Reminder from Me…

I just wanted to take a moment to talk openly about something that’s been quietly affecting my little business behind the scenes.

Lately, I’ve had a growing number of last-minute cancellations or missed appointments. And while I completely understand that life happens—things come up, people get unwell or plans have to change—these gaps in my day mean I lose valuable time and income. I’m at a point where I’m turning people away because I’m so busy, and then when a space suddenly becomes free, it’s often too late to offer it to someone else.

Like any small business, I still have bills to pay regardless of whether someone shows up. EON don’t give me a break because a client cancelled late.

I do have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place to help manage this, and it’s explained when you book. If a cancellation is made within that window, 50% of the service fee will be charged, and if you don’t turn up, it’s 80%. Every appointment requires a card to be captured to secure the space, but it seems this step is sometimes missed—and unfortunately, it leaves me feeling the impact financially and emotionally.

I’ve also found enforcing these boundaries really hard, especially when it's met with frustration or misunderstanding. But I promise it’s never personal—it’s just me trying to protect the work I’ve built and the energy I put into caring for others.

Moving forward, I’ll be asking all clients to confirm their appointments with a card. If this isn’t completed, I sadly won’t be able to hold the slot. If needed, I may have to move to taking deposits, though I’d really love to avoid that.

First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who trusts me in supporting their journey to relaxation and wellness. It’s such a pleasure to work with you, and I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of your self-care routine.

To continue offering the best possible care and to meet the rising costs of providing my services, I’ll be adjusting my prices starting from 1st March.

For any treatments booked before 1st March, I’ll be happy to honour the current prices.
