We provide a range of therapeutic interventions, taking a holistic approach to health and wellbeing which can be beneficial in developing resilience and improving mental wellbeing for anyone who might be experiencing early or low-mid level mental health issues such as anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, difficulty with emotions, depression, or behavioural issues.
We offer individual therapy plans, developed for each person’s specific needs, involving a blend of several modalities and techniques such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) which combines Cognitive, Behavioural and Humanistic therapies as well as Hypnotherapy where appropriate. We can use these techniques to help change our bad habits and negative thoughts into positive ways of thinking to achieve goals in our life, help us feel empowered and confident.
