Flip the switch on stress in exactly three seconds. ⏱️

When anxiety hits at work or out in public, you don't always have time for a full meditation session. That is why we teach our clients a quick 4-step anchoring technique called the 3 Second Flip.

It is incredibly simple: you pick a physical "anchor" (like a ring, your watch, or even twiddling your beard), assign a calm mental state to it, recognise when you need it, and physically step into that relaxed feeling with a deep breath.
