🖌️🎨🌲 🧘🏻‍♀️There's something crafty happening soon at Gosforth Holistics. Join Julie Outterside and myself Joanie Doherty for our Festive Mindful Mandalas and Meditation session on Sunday 23rd November 2pm-5pm.

🖌️🎨🌲 🧘🏻‍♀️Take some time out from the busy Christmas build up with some relaxing mandala decorating with a festive twist. Take your card or tree dec home with you. After all that creative energy and mindfulness relax with a winter themed guided meditation before you float home.
