Well ...... January has been incredible in my Slimming World groups in Gosforth.
My members have lost an incredible 985 lbs 🎺

We have crowned our 6 greatest losers , having lost 38 stone 3 lbs 👏👏 life changing.

We have laughed, cried and hugged, and supported each other in our group sessions, which helped develop your mindset and behaviour changes around food and activity 🍈🍉 🏃‍♀️

We have enjoyed curries, lasagne, pancake stacks , dirty burgers , full English breakfast food food food galore

We walked around the block , done park runs , zumba , swam , danced in the kitchen, and smiled 😃

We support 72 members already at their target goal and dream 🌟

And the most exciting thing of all is ...I'm at the forefront of this army . I get to call them all my slimming world family. I'm so lucky.

I am currently around halfway to my target weight having lost just over 1 1/2 stone. After having children my weight had just been slowly creeping up and I was starting to feel more and more uncomfortable in my body and losing confidence - so I decided to stop it in its tracks and start feeling better about myself! It’s been great to focus on me again and with the support of Janice and everyone at group I am determined to keep going and get there slowly but surely! 💪🏻

i have lost 4 and a half stone i love everything g about my journey all the help and support from janice and group i attend and endless support on page my life has changed massively i only drink socially i dont eat takeaways anymore cant drink anything with sugar in and have stopped eating chocolate and cakes
