From 21st–28th February, I’ll be taking a short break as I journey off on my first ever solo holiday!

This time is deeply intentional — a pause to slow down, reflect, reconnect with myself, and do some soul-searching.

A chance to breathe, reset, and listen inward, so I can return feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

Dear Followers

I will be taking a short break from social media over the next few weeks. I want to be transparent and share that the past few months have been challenging, and I need to take some time to better prioritise my wellbeing and responsibilities. As a result, my social media activity will be limited during this period.

I am currently on a work break and will resume as normal from **5th February**. In the meantime, my online diary remains open and available for all bookings.

I’m learning that growth doesn’t always look loud or dramatic. Sometimes it looks like slowing down, feeling deeply, and choosing to stay present with myself.

Being soft in a hard world takes courage. Being rooted in who you are while still allowing yourself to rise takes patience. Healing happens in waves, not all at once and balance isn’t about getting everything right, it’s about gently returning to yourself again and again.

This is a reminder that becoming whole doesn’t mean becoming flawless. It means becoming honest, grounded, and kind to your own journey 🌿
