Sometimes life places opportunities in front of us that don’t look like the plan we imagined. And it’s up to us to decide whether we step into them or let them pass.

I’ve learned that some of the best things come from saying yes to what I didn’t expect. Staying open matters because when we’re too focused on what was or what might be, we can miss the opportunities right Infront of us.

As the festivities come to an end and everyday life begins to take its place, remember to take some time to gently wind down this weekend.

While we all enjoy spending time with loved ones, staying up late, eating what we like and perhaps enjoying one too many drinks, it’s important to pause and check in with ourselves. The holiday season can be more overwhelming than we realise, and it doesn’t always leave much room for true rest or recharge.

So here’s your reminder to slow down. Use January as a time to reset, practise self-care and reconnect with yourself. whether that means quiet moments, nourishing routines, or simply allowing yourself to rest without guilt. Self-love is about treating yourself with kindness and giving your mind and body what they truly need.

And remember, your future is shaped by what you do today, not tomorrow. The small choices you make now to look after yourself will support you throughout the year ahead.

2025 - The year of the shedding and the end of a 9 year cycle.

It damn near broke me… but I survived. I kept going, even on the days when it felt like too much. 2025 stretched me in every direction, asked me to grow in ways I never expected, and brought challenges that felt heavy and real. But here I am still standing. Still learning. Still choosing to show up and still smiling.

But, in the midst of it all… there was so much good.

I made beautiful memories with family and friends. New people entered my life. People I truly cherish, who remind me what genuine connection feels like. And one of my biggest milestones: I opened my own studio and continued growing this business that means so much to me. Something I once only dreamed about became real — and I’m so grateful.

This year taught me that growth isn’t always neat or graceful. Sometimes it’s messy, painful, and uncomfortable. But it also creates space for love, truth, expansion, and deeper alignment.

To everyone who supported me, trusted me, believed in me, and walked beside me - thank you. Your presence mattered more than you know.

So here’s to overcoming.
To resilience.
To love.
To expansion.
To the soft, steady work of becoming.
