🎄 Date Change – Face to Face ADHD Hub 🎄

Our face to face hub has unfortunately had to change dates and will now be on Wednesday 17th December, 6:30pm – 9:30pm 🗓️

Community First, Martin Snape House

We’ll be having a festive get-together with 🎲 games and 🍰 cakes, so come along for a relaxed and friendly evening ✨

👥 Everyone affected by ADHD aged 18+ is welcome, including partners/carers and parents of young people.

ADHD & U had the most wholesome experience at the Mindset Maintenance Mini Wellbeing Event on Saturday! 💛 We met so many lovely people and organisations we’re hoping to collaborate with going forward.

If you’re looking for wellbeing support check out Mindset Maintenance UK they offer links to resources, support, and plenty of FREE workshops. Even if you can’t find exactly what you need, reach out — they genuinely want to help.

It was also so lovely to see Think Big Do Bigger CIC who we’ve already working alongside! They run fantastic workshops and a brilliant coworking session for frontline workers.

Tomorrow, we’re excited to welcome Think Big Do Bigger CIC to our Monthly ADHD Hub for a Blackout Poetry Workshop! 🖤✂️

We’ll also be celebrating ADHD Awareness Month — and yes, there will be cake 🎂

Our hub is open to anyone aged 18+ affected by ADHD — including carers, parents, friends, and family members. It’s a safe, supportive space to share experiences, connect, and learn through peer support.
