Declan is a Chartered Physiotherapist with experience in sports rehabilitation. Declan graduated from the University of Portsmouth and his clinical interest are lower limb and shoulder rehabilitation.

Seems odd to wish everyone a happy new year this late on, but thought I would just to let all my lovely customers know that I have had my back operation and recovering well.
As I told many of my customers know I do not think I will be doing any fairs, as I am finding it hard to cook all week and then stand all day, but in case you are missing the fab taste of Pams Pantry I am stocking a cabinet at Fareham Library from the 8th - 21st March.
Also Mathews on Forton road, Gosport are still being supplied.
If any of you lovely people out there can find any offer outlets I am sure a jar could be heading your way.
