When it comes to reflexology and massage I think it’s really important you feel comfortable with your therapist and I do my best to help you feel relaxed and at ease when you come for your treatments.
I thought I start sharing a little more about me so you can get to know me a little better, outside of the treatment room. I love creating a calming, safe environment where you can recharge, but here’s a way that I look after myself and recharge myself. It’s a little different :) .
Something that is a big part of my life is strength training, strongwoman training and anything that will help my body feel at its best.. so when I’m not in the treatment room you will find me in the gym, in the sauna or in the supermarket buying food 😅
I eat a lot (of the good stuff) but I’m also partial to a bit of red velvet cake 😋
Last year I came 4th in Natural Strongman Englands Strongest Under 64kg, I came 8th in Natural Strongman UK & Ireland’s Strongest, I came 1st in Hampshire’s Strongest and 1st in Gosport’s Strongest too! I like lifting heavy things 😃
I’m a huge advocate of getting women in the gym lifting weights, it is incredibly important and something we should all be doing for longevity!
