We are all worthy and deserving of our good. Just like a cupboard, or a home, sometimes we need to make space for the new thing to come in.

Renewal is constant. Cells die and new ones a created. Friends, jobs, and lovers come and go. When we become conscious of what we want, willing to receive it, and able to release that which no longer serves us, we create a powerful vortex for renewal.

Meditation is probably the most widely used personal health and wellbeing tool in the world. It is not related to any specific religious or spiritual belief, although lots of different faiths use it as a tool.
There are countless scientific studies offering evidence of the wide range of benefits meditation can create, both in an individual body and in the wider community.
There are many different forms and styles of mediation. Some people believe there is only one perfect way to meditate, I believe there are many ways. As we grow and evolve, the meditation form that best suits us also evolves.
My name is Juliet Vorster. At 16 I started my meditation journey with the Brahma Kumaris, practicing Raja Yoga meditation. In the interceding decades I have travelled the world, studied with many masters, learned many things, forgot lots more, and have come to a place of peace and poise in my own life. I continue to practice meditation daily.
I started teaching and leading meditation groups back in the mid 90s. Since then I’ve been involved in many different groups. I have recorded a number of meditation CDs, and have been doing a Facebook Live #MondayMeditation at 7:23 am UK time since August 2016.
I welcome you to this journey into the practice of Meditation. It’s a gift you give to yourself. Come and join me and see how your life is changed.
