As a nutritional therapist, I often emphasise how what we eat, how we sleep, and our stress levels can profoundly affect our mood. Recently, I tuned into Fearne Cotton's podcast, Happy Place, featuring Adele Roberts, and something truly resonated with me.

They discussed how what you read, watch, or listen to can also have a significant impact on your emotional state. When you're feeling anxious, stressed, or fragile, it might not be the best idea to watch the news or delve into a true crime show. These can sometimes amplify your anxiety. See the link below ⬇

Instead, consider what might soothe your mind and uplift your spirit. Perhaps turning on your favourite playlist or diving into a romance novel could be a better choice for your mental health.

It’s Sunday, so for me that means an early morning sea dip. I’d love to tell you I wake up each Sunday itching to get in the sea but I don’t. So why do I bother? I know that once I’ve been in I’ll feel amazing for the rest of the day, not to mention the health benefits but getting out the door is still a challenge. I asked a good friend of mine why she gets up before the sun for a dip she replied “if I can do this I can do anything!
