Bee Massaged Welcome to Beemassaged. Your therapist Jane is a fully qualified VTCT and insured massage therapist and Reiki practitioner.

Jane is passionate about giving her clients treatments that give them the opportunity to completely relax, creating a sanctuary while massaging away all the tensions brought on by modern life. Extra time is always given to each client before the massage; so that the client can be sure that Jane is aware of what their needs are, for example whether it may be a full body massage for deep relaxation after a stressful week or more focus on an area that is carrying more tension. Equally Jane will always give you the client some time after your massage to adjust and rehydrate either with a cool glass of water or refreshing herbal tea before you return to the hustle and bustle of every day life. This is a professional massage service for women. Men are accepted by referral only through well known clients.

Hello wishing you a wonderful peaceful new year. Hard to believe it’s already 2026. Thank you for all your interest and well wishes on my first Christmas away. The Lake District was beautiful and I didn’t realize how much the break was needed until I was there. It has definitely left me feeling re-energized and ready to support you further on your healing journey journeys. The robin is from my travels. Definitely a natural poser this one. Wishing you all a calm, peaceful week full of kind people. I thought I’d try and make my posts more meaningful with a good fitness link, research or for example this week a brilliant recipe I found. I’ve started making my own granola as the GF ones in the supermarket aren’t great. Found this recipe https://cookieandkate.com/healthy-granola-recipe/
which is very easy and quick plus extremely tasty. I use olive oil and maple syrup. Let me know what you think on making the posts a more meaningful? 💖🐝 ps the little fellow seems to have moved into the garden and the jar is my granola😄
