Today, despite the awful weather, we all celebrated the heart of Bee-Released Counselling CIC — our volunteers.

Throughout the year, they have shown compassion, integrity, and commitment in how they have supported our clients, our community, and one another. Bringing care into difficult spaces, hold hope where it’s needed most, and help Bee-Released remain a service rooted in kindness, safety, and ethical practice.

This afternoon at Rapscallion, at Port Solent, is a moment to pause from the work, share food and laughter, and simply enjoy being together. It’s my way of saying thank you — for your time, your energy, and the values you bring into everything you do.

Bee-Released is what it is because of the dedication, impact, and the community we are so proud to all be part of. 🐝✨

It was Mental Health Week last week and at Bee Released Counselling, we believe everyone deserves a safe space to heal, grow and feel heard. During mental health awareness week and beyond we want to remind you that you’re not alone, mental health matters every day. Let’s start the conversation and break stigma together!

Hi all, I don’t usually post about what I am doing but it is awesome!

On 17th May, my daughter and I will be walking the streets of London at night in the MoonWalk London 2025, raising money for breast cancer causes with Walk the Walk.

This is personal: 10 years ago, I fought breast cancer. My daughter was just 11 years old and saw it all — the fear, the treatment, the recovery. Now, a decade later, we’re taking on this challenge together, to celebrate survival, strength, and the future.
