Fear and Love, they continue to be my teacher… my deepest learning has been realising how fearful I was and am at times, and how this can impact my love for self and others.

Becoming aware of my fear and love on a daily basis continues to transform my relationship to myself and others. Some days it’s not easy and there’s way more fear than love, but just recognising it’s not easy and spotting the small acts of love works as an antidote and an act of love 🩵
