These two new classes are as well as our already popular Forever Fit classes on:

Mondays 11.00 with Lawrence

Wednesdays 11.00 with Luke

Fridays 11.00 with Luke

These classes are set up in a circuit style with a choice of weights and exercise to suit your needs. Our experienced Sports Therapists ensure you are working at the correct level for you and concentrate on form maximising your results and protecting you from injury.

Welcome to the team Nina.

Nina is a Junior Sports Therapist who graduated from Solent University in 2025 with a First Class Honours. She is joining us at Knott Kinetics on Monday 9th February and will be working on a Monday and Wednesday between 2pm and 7.30pm.

We will be offering a £20 discount for the whole of February on appointments with Nina on a Monday.

Nina has a clinical interest in lower limb rehabilitation such as the knee, driven by her own experience of knee injury and recovery.
