Nail Fungus (onychomycosis)

Roughly 10% of the UK population suffer with nail fungus, that's over 6 million people!

Treatment of fungus can be a slow process but with regular foot care and guidance it can be eliminated.

However if reaching your toes is a problem and applying medications to your toes is not possible then regular foot care, having the toe nails cut and burred, can still help alleviate pressure and pain caused by the fungal infection. So if cure is not possible, care and maintenance to keep them comfortable and pain free is.

Hello lovely people and welcome to Foot Care Plus. My name is Emma and I'm a fully Qualified, Insured and Registered Mobile Foot Health Care Practitioner and I'm here to look after your feet.

Nail cutting and filing
Diabetic care, including regular sensory checks
Treatment of and management of thick and fungal nails
Treatment of ingrown nails and cracked heels
Removal of corns and calluses
Advise and guidance on management with dry skin complaints and verrucas

I cover Gosport, Lee-on-the-solent, Hill Head and Stubbington.

This page is new, but I'm not new to Foot Care and have been doing it for a few years now.

I am registered with the UK Foot Registry and am a member of The Southern Chiropody & Foot Health Practitioners Association.

I come into your home with all the equipment necessary to give you a Full Foot Health Care Appointment. The only things I require is near by access to a plug socket, good lighting and some space. Being bed bound is not a problem, I can work around most obstacles.

A single appointment will range in time from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes. A single appointment is charged at one single cost. Anything over an hour and a half is charged at the rate of a double appointment although on a single appointment this is very very rare.Double and Group appointments are discounted by 10%
