Absolutely brilliant! I'm new to waxing and had one recently at a different clinic but didn't have a very positive experience and that's even more evident now I've found Lilly's. I received a lovely warm welcome and Jasmin was fantastic. Friendly and professional, she took the time to explain everything to me from what to expect to the after treatment and recommendations going forward, something I didn't receive at the other clinic I attended. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
