Sometimes I just need the thumper myself ….. I know how much many of you love this awesome piece of kit … well, me too 🙂

For those that may have spotted me running the last few weeks it has been a target to complete couch to 5k with my eldest before the end of the summer hols. We ran our first parkrun on Saturday but continued our c25k journey on the NHS app today… it was hard - I didn’t warm up properly, drink enough water pre-run or eat anything - naughty Nicola!!! So had to whip out the thumper on getting home to loosen off before clinic today and karate at Stubbington karate academy tonight 😉 it’s a magic piece of kit!!!

The Pure Balance Team are taking a break and the clinic is now closed for one week for us to have a chance to rest and recharge.

To all our lovely chiropractic family, we will be back open on the 5th June 2024 and look forward to seeing you as and when you need us.
