PEMF - I think I am obsessed!
I started to look into PEMF when my dog, Georgie, was diagnosed with Arthritis. She was very stiff and uncomfortable, but I didn’t want her to be on strong pain killers for the rest of her life, so I bought a Biomag Vet mat. After sitting on it with her for around 30 mins a day, I started to notice she was moving a lot easier, had a little spring in her step and a twinkle in her eye. I also noticed the pain in my own knee had gone and my nails were a bit stronger!
My second purchase was the fabulous OSKA Pulse. I love it. I truly believe it should be part of everyone’s First Aid kit. It’s small, light and very easy to use, perfect for me! I use it for so many different things, mainly to reduce pain, swelling and help me heal quicker. I’ve currently got one in the palm of my hand , helping with a bit of stiffness and aching (the weather and not having worked for a couple of weeks) but I’ve used it on my lower back, shoulder, knees, the list is endless.
The OSKA is great, but I wanted to work on my whole body so, after a lot of saving (unfortunately good PEMF devices aren’t cheap) and lots more research, I got my first CELLER 8 mat. Little and often is the best way to get results and isn’t any hardship to have a 10min lay down or sit on it whilst watching tv. It’s pre programmed to work with your circadian rhythm and really helped with Jet Lag whilst on my trip to Oz, it it’s great to help with repairing , reducing swelling, relaxing to name a few benifits.
I would highly recommend doing a bit of googling and checking out all the benefits for yourself.
If you’d like more information, like to add PEMF to your treatment (£5) or would like to hire one of the device (from £15 per week) let me know 😊
