Desk work might feel harmless… but hours of sitting are quietly stressing your spine. 🪑

Stiff neck, tight shoulders, aching lower back — it’s your body asking for movement. Staying in one position too long puts constant pressure on your spine and weakens the muscles meant to support it.

The fix isn’t complicated:
⏱️ Take a quick break every 30 minutes
🚶‍♂️ Stand up, stretch, walk around
🔄 Reset your posture before sitting back down

Small breaks = big difference.

Today, on International Women’s Day, I want to celebrate the incredible women who make such a difference in our communities and in our everyday lives.

To the women on my team who show up with dedication and compassion every single day. To the carers who give so much of themselves to support others. To the daughters and grandmothers who bring love, strength, and hope to their families. To the nurses, doctors, and medical staff who care for people when they need it most. To the CEOs and leaders breaking barriers and shaping the future. And to the volunteers who quietly give their time to lift others up.

Women are the backbone of so many things that keep our world moving forward. Your resilience, kindness, leadership, and courage inspire us all.
