I had a lovely morning with Lynsey , who came all the way from Campbeltown to share KCR experiences and carrying out some training updates. ⛓️ 💚🧘🏻‍♀️

It's always nice to work with people who want to support you 💪🥰 and vice versa.

I found Alyson on FB & was tagged in her services. I had nothing to lose as I had been in so much pain with suspected sciatica on top of fibromyalgia pain.
I was able to book in within 3 days which was a godsend.

I explained my situation, illnesses, fibromyalgia, sciatica, insomnia, TMJ, GAD, IBS, chronic Migraines and you name it.

Alyson was so kind and caring and got to work straight away.

She had me do before and after photos which was a game changer.

For so little pain caused by her KCR there was a huge change. I couldn't quite believe the difference in my photos. Straight away I noticed I could tie my shoes without wincing...... never had this therapy before in my life and by God I will be a regular from now on.

I have had just a relief in tension and pain in my sciatica and tendons in my legs, I can't thank Alyson enough!¡!

I can't wait to work with her further and get my body into an even better state than it is.

Cannot recommend enough 💓
