I smile big when I see the pics side by side as it’s too easy to forget just how much it took to get here.

The years of saving to enable this to happen have all been worth it when you feel the atmosphere in classes & see how much everyone enjoys the new space.

The people that come are the reason Jen .21 & I built it.

Forever grateful for the help, positivity & encouragement to take from a dream to reality.

Come and experience a Sound Bath with the amazing Gillian,

During the sound bath Gillian uses specific tones and frequencies produced by her beautiful instruments like singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and
her voice to induce a state of deep relaxation within.

The vibrations and sounds created during a sound bath can help lower cortisol levels, the hormone associated with stress.
This leads to a reduction in stress and its physical manifestations such as muscle tension or headaches.

The relaxation and stress reduction experienced during a sound bath can also help reset your sleep patterns, making it easier to fall asleep and to stay asleep.

Gillian will be hosting her next sound bath in the studio on Sunday 18th May from 6-7pm.

There’s a few new classes, events and workshops planned for the studio and that we’re excited about. 🥳🙌

A new beginners yoga course is commencing in February and will be led by Laura.

Are you feeling in need of time just for you? This 6-week beginners yoga course is here to help you stretch out, build strength, and reconnect with yourself.

Each week, you’ll enjoy an hour of gentle movement to open and strengthen your body, allowing you time for yourself. The course includes:

• Learning foundational yoga poses.

• An introduction to the sun salutations—a flowing sequence of breath and movement.

• Exploring simple and effective meditation practices to calm your mind.

• Breathwork practices to help reduce stress and anxiety.

• Discover nervous system hacks to help you feel more in control, even on those hectic days.

• Have fun trying a playful, confidence-boosting challenge pose.

• Learn tools to start a simple practice at home.

Perfect for complete beginners or anyone wanting to ease back into yoga, this is your time to take an hour every week just for you, and explore a practice that can change your every day life.
