Come and experience a Sound Bath with the amazing Gillian, this January.
During the sound bath Gillian uses specific tones and frequencies produced by her beautiful instruments like singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and her voice to induce a state of deep relaxation within.
The vibrations and sounds created during a sound bath can help lower cortisol levels, the hormone associated with stress.
This leads to a reduction in stress and its physical manifestations such as muscle tension or headaches.
The relaxation and stress reduction experienced during a sound bath can also help reset your sleep patterns, making it easier to fall asleep and to stay asleep.
Gillian will be hosting her next sound bath in the studio on Sunday 18th January from 4-5pm.
