Feelgood Centre Scotland Feelgood Centre Grangemouth is the way forward to getting gentle but positive exercise through the aid of 12 Power Assisted Exercise Machines.

Feelgood Centre Grangemouth have Twelve Power Assisted Exercise machines to help people who have a life long Medical Condition to People who cannot attend Gyms or Exercise Classes. The machines will strengthen and tone muscles but will also help keep joints supple too. If you have any health conditions or can no longer attend gyms, this is the new way forward to getting exercise. Why not try the Centre out, we offer a Free Trial and our experienced trainers will make you feel at ease throughout your work out. All you need to wear are comfortable clothes and comfortable shoes or trainers. Ladies, no high Heels please and socks or tights must be worn for the Tables as shoes are taken off.

Hi everyone, here is a wee photo of my beautiful gifts that I promised I would post for you all to see. I am one overwhelmed and lucky Lady. I cannot believe the generosity and kindness it truly means the whole world to me. I am missing you all and I know it is only Day 2 but you are just lovely people. I was embarrassed about being in the Falkirk Herald as I am no way an attention seeker but thank you Lex for being thoughtful. One of my lady members told me that I deserved it and I should be acknowledged for bringing my exercise machines to my home town and giving people the chance to get exercise. I only wished I could have kept going for another 10 years but it wasn’t to be. I will keep in touch as promised and will look forward to seeing you all again soon, thanks again Sandra for everything ### ❤️

Today was my final day in Feelgood Centre Grangemouth and a day I was not looking forward to either.

Here was me thinking that I was going to slip away quietly on my last day, have a blether with the members that were booked in say my Cheerio's and shed a few tears but oh no! Oor Sandra organised a wee going away party for me and I was just lost for words and overwhelmed. ❤️

Thank you Sandra from the bottom of my heart, you put your heart & soul into this wee party and thank you so very much. ❤

I was overwhelmed to see members that used to come to the Feelgood Centre to come in and see me, thank you very much for taking the time, I will never forget this 🥰

Thank you to Mary & Val making sure everyone had drinks, Carol & Lorna for bringing in the yummy food from Greggs and everyone else that brought goodies in too (Sorry I didn't see who brought what in). ❤

Thank you everyone for being so kind to me, I received beautiful gifts, flowers and a beautiful cake too. I was well and truly spoiled and again overwhelmed. ❤

Thank you to each and everyone one of you who supported me through the 10 years of having Feelgood Centre. I will never forget the laughs, the banter, all our conversations including putting the world to rights, shared tears, shared problems, meeting lovely people and the kindness I seen in everyone too. 🥰

Sandra, thank you so much for staying with me for 6 years. You are one of the most kindest, considerate, funny and helpful person I got the pleasure to know and I am lucky to call you "My Friend" You have been through all my Up's & Down's, stood by me through everything, I will miss you very very much. I wish you all the luck & love in the world in everything that you do and you will still continue to shine in the Feelgood Centre. ❤

Thank you to Lex for taking over and keeping the Feelgood Centre open. I wish you all the very best in your new venture and I am sure you will do great! 😊

Well an end of an era and a new chapter about to start in my life. I will still be in touch to see how you are all doing and hoping to pop in too.

Hello everyone and a goodbye too.

After 10 Years of an incredible time of having Feel Good Centre Grangemouth, it is time to leave to pastures new.

It was time to make a very hard and emotional decision to leave and it certainly was not easy.

There is good news! The Centre has been bought over from a new owner from the 24th July 2024 and our Sandra will continue with her role, I am over the moon for Sandra so much well deserved.

I am so delighted that the Feelgood Centre will continue, especially for my lovely members who have supported me for over the 10 Years I have been opened from past to present, thank you so very much.

I was so lucky to have the business as long as I did and I will miss it so very much especially Sandra and my lovely members.

Thank you to Mary I, Susan B, Dianne S, Theresa S, Linda S, Marion B, Margaret M, Mary T, Jayne B, John D & Tam F for being my longest members over the years ❤

Thank you to past members who were also with me from day one but had to leave ❤

Thank you to Sam & Lesley who were members of Staff over the years, they were just the best and I was lucky to have you❤

A very special thank you to Sandra, for everything. I have had so many up & downs and this Lady was always there to support me no matter what. Thank you Sandra, you are one special Lady and I was so lucky to have you 🥰

I would like to mention oor Charlie who we dearly miss very much. Charlie if you were still here, I think you would have been sad to hear this news but it is good it is still going to be kept going and you would have caused trouble with the new owner😂

Jim McK, Moon, Norman H, I know you three are up there with oor Charlie having a blast and still causing nonsense, you have left lasting memories for me.

Ruby McK, Wilma G, Jenny M, Greta A, Margaret L, Pauline H, Nancy McL, thank you for the great memories when you all had a cuppa in oor wee coffee area.

Ken R, thank you to you and Moon giving us the best laughs ever and the great stories too.

Thank you to all current members, there would be far to many to name, you are the kindest, loveliest people I have had the pleasure to get to know. Not only you get your beneficial exercise, we all formed a Feelgood Family from putting the world to rights, personal sadness, great laughs and what made it a joy for me.... was seeing how great the exercise helped people. How people's confidence grew and the best one for me, people becoming very good friends, not knowing each other before coming to Feelgood Centre.

This was Feelgood Centre, a place to come and leave feeling happy❤

I wish the new owner Lex the very best in his new venture when it comes and the coming years. You will enjoy every minute of having the Feelgood Centre.

Well, it is time to say goodbye everyone, I will miss you all very much but remember, I am still the best DJ, take care.

Hello everyone, unfortunately the power has gone off in the Centre and it is not a Power Cut. The shop next door to me has gone out too and the owner thinks the circuit board has blown.

I am so sorry about this and I am waiting on my Landlord coming down to get this sorted and I have no idea how long this will be either 😫

I will keep you all updated.

Book in for 5 x Session for only £10.00!

The Centre is friendly and welcoming with qualified staff on hand everyday to make sure our members are safe and happy.

Age group is 18 years and over and the exercise covers from Non Medical to Medical Conditions. (Please ask any questions if you have a Medical Condition)

Maximum weight limit 20 Stones.

After the 5 sessions have been completed, it moves onto our monthly Membership of £35.00 a month.

Hello everyone, so sorry again, I am still not any better and will not be open tomorrow (Wednesday) I hate letting you all down but I don't want to come in and pass on my flu to anyone and also if I come back quick I will end up being off again. I know it couldn't have happened at a wrong time with Sandra going on holiday but I am sorry again, I can't help being unwell.

Hello everyone and sorry about this but I have a dreadful flu, aches, shivers, roasting hot, awful cough and in my bed. It came on me so quickly and I hope it leaves quickly I really hate being unwell like this.

Sandra as some of you know will be in tomorrow (Monday) and is going to be off on holiday from Tuesday. Sandra will contact everyone to let them know that I am going to be off but I am really hoping I will be back by Wednesday/Thursday, I just have to wait and see how I am.

As soon as I am fighting fit, I will be in contact to let everyone know. I am sorry for this to happen but I will do my best to get back quickly.

Hello everyone, I have a lovely update on the donations from Charlie's family and our Feelgood members.

I was asked by Charlie's family to choose a Charity on behalf of their Dad as he loved coming to Feelgood Centre. I asked Charlie's Daughter I would like the donations to go to Strathcarron Hospice and she said her Dad would approve.

On behalf of Charlie, today I donated £390.00 to Strathcarron Hospice and I am truly honoured to have been asked to do this.

Charlie will always be in her hearts and he has given us all lovely memories of him, sorely missed by his Feelgood friends.

Thank you to everyone that made a donation and on behalf of Charlie, I will end with one of his favourite cheeky comments, "Cheerio Girls" and Susan! 🤣
