🌊 From Sea to Sky 🌌

A collaborative sunset evening of movement, breathwork, mindfulness & connection.

Join us this Thursday for a two-part golden hour experience… beginning on the sand and ending on a rooftop as the sun sets over the city.

🕔 5:00 PM – Sunset Beach Flow (Playa 72)
A grounding, breath-led yoga flow by the ocean to reset your body and clear your week.

🚶‍♀️ 6:15 PM – Walk to Calle 88 (10 minutes)
We’ll walk together from the beach to the rooftop.

🕡 6:30 PM – Rooftop Breathwork & Mindfulness (Calle 88)
A guided outdoor session including breathwork, conscious movement, meditation and nervous system regulation as we move into the evening.

You’re welcome to attend:

• Beach Flow only
• Rooftop Experience only
• Or the full Sea to Sky journey

💫 Suggested Contribution:
• 200 MXN – Beach Flow
• 200 MXN – Rooftop Experience
• 400 MXN – Full Experience

Please give what feels good and aligned for you.
