We’re so pleased to share our newly created and decorated lounge , a calm and cosy space for residents to relax, read a book, or enjoy a quiet moment.

This space isn’t just for our residents, family and friends are warmly invited to use the lounge during visits, whether that’s for a catch-up over a cup of tea, sharing stories, or simply spending quality time together in comfortable surroundings.

Creating spaces where loved ones can connect is so important to us, and we hope this new lounge will be enjoyed by everyone who walks through our doors 💛

🥞✨ Pancake Day Celebrations! ✨🥞

What a fantastic time we’ve had celebrating Pancake Day!

Our talented Head Chef, Andrew, prepared a delicious batch of freshly made pancakes that went down an absolute treat, especially topped with cream and fresh fruit! 🍓🍌

The fun didn’t stop there… we also held a pancake flipping race, which had everyone cheering, laughing and showing off their flipping skills. It was fabulous fun from start to finish!

We had a fantastic afternoon of music and laughter last week as the fabulous all-round entertainer Andy Greaves came to visit us! 🎤🎶

Our residents thoroughly enjoyed his performance, there were plenty of smiles, lots of laughter, and some wonderful sing-alongs filling the home. It was lovely to see everyone joining in and making such special memories together.

A big thank you to Andy Greaves for bringing so much joy and energy to our home, we can’t wait to welcome you back again soon!

At Red Court, we’re getting egg-cited for our upcoming Easter Raffle! 🐰✨

We’re kindly asking for any donations to help make our raffle extra special this year.
All proceeds will go directly to our Residents’ Activity Fund, helping us provide more fun activities, entertainment, and special treats for the wonderful people who call Red Court home. 💛

If you’re able to donate an Easter egg, gift set, voucher, or any small prize, we would be so grateful for your support. Every little bit helps and truly makes a difference.

This week our beautifully painted butterflies were collected for Evelyn's Butterfly Effect - Garden of Hope.

The Butterflies along with 95 other's are ready to go on display at Belton House. From there they'll go on tour across Lincolnshire and end up at Grantham House.

You can visit this fantastic display in several locations across Lincolnshire.

Belton Estate: 15 March – 18 April
Gunby Hall: 20 April – 9 May
Ayscoughfee Hall: 11 May – 30 May
Burghley House: 1 June – 20 June
Whisby Nature Park: 22 June – 18 July
Grantham House: 20 July – 30 September

💕 Celebrating Love in All Its Beautiful Forms 💕

Today we celebrated the run up to St Valentine’s Day a little differently with a special Reminiscence Café. ❤️

Love means so much more than romance, it’s friendships, family bonds, cherished memories, and the special moments we share together every day.

We invited family and friends to bring along treasured photographs, and it was wonderful to spend time sharing stories, laughter, and heartfelt memories. There were plenty of smiles as we looked back on special moments from years gone by.

We all enjoyed hot drinks and beautiful desserts, all served in a room decorated with lovely love-themed touches to make the day extra special. 💐✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special. It truly was a celebration of love in every sense. 💗
