🔧 We’re Hiring! Maintenance Assistant (30 hours per week) 🔧

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Assistant to join our friendly team.

This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in a care home environment, helping to ensure our home remains safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for our residents.

What you’ll be doing:
• Carrying out general maintenance and repairs
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met
• Supporting with day-to-day upkeep of the home and grounds
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests

What we’re looking for:
• Practical skills and a proactive approach
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks (plumbing, painting, repairs, etc.)
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Reliability and attention to detail

✨ 30 hours per week
✨ Friendly and supportive team
✨ Rewarding role within a caring environment

We had to say a fond farewell to our adorable chicks on Friday, and it’s safe to say we’re already missing our fluffy little friends 🐥💛

They brought so much joy to our home, with residents, staff, family, and friends all enjoying special moments holding and caring for them. There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and lovely memories made along the way.

Our chicks have grown so fast, and we’ve all truly enjoyed the experience of watching them. 🐥💛

It’s been lovely to see them thrive and become more adventurous with each passing day, they’ve brought so much joy to our residents, families and team. 😊

We’ll be sad to see them go tomorrow, but what a wonderful experience it has been for everyone involved. 🌷

We made the most of the beautiful weather yesterday by enjoying some lovely refreshments out in our garden. ☀️🌿

The gardens are looking fantastic, thanks to Gio, who does an amazing job keeping everything so well cared for. 🌸👏

Our residents, staff, family, and friends are absolutely loving watching the chicks go from strength to strength each day! It’s been such a special experience seeing them grow, become more active, and show their little personalities. They’ve brought so much joy, conversation, and smiles to our home, with everyone especially enjoying those gentle cuddles with them.

All six of our adorable chicks have now hatched! 🐥💛 Our residents are absolutely delighted watching them grow, explore, and thrive.

The smiles and excitement around the home have been wonderful to see, and it’s been such a joy sharing these special moments together. 🌼✨

🐣 Exciting News at Red Court! 🐣

Today we received our Hatching Kit from Incredible Eggs, giving us the wonderful opportunity to watch the magic of new life unfold right before our eyes. The eggs are kept warm and safe in a special incubator, where they will gradually hatch into chicks.

We had barely finished setting everything up when two furry little chicks made their grand entrance, clearly very eager to meet all the residents and staff here at Red Court! 🐥💛

There was lots of excitement and smiles all around as everyone gathered to see our newest (and fluffiest!) arrivals. We can’t wait to watch the rest of the eggs hatch and share this special experience together.
