Carers are welcome to bring along friends and family for this event, maximum of five places available per carer.
On the day a Carer Support Adviser will be located near the information centre 10am – 12pm, for you to say hello and meet them for a chat.

REMINDER - Home Blood Pressure Machines

We are currently experiencing a high number of home blood pressure monitors not being returned to the practice in a timely manner.

Please can we remind all patients to return the monitor to Reception as soon as they have completed their home blood pressure diary. This allows us to loan the equipment to other patients who require it.
