We’re back hanging in our aerial hammocks Thursday 15th January!!
If you’re looking for a new movement practice for 2026 look no further. Aerial yoga combines yoga poses, Pilates exercises and circus skills to develop strength, flexibility and an overall sense of well-being using the hammock as both a prop and a soothing cocoon.
