So yesterday I took the plunge and started my Menopause Champion journey with the Menopause Expert Group. Those of you that know me well professionally will know that I have always found the Perimenopause and Postmenopause journey throughout the NHS confusing.
I have constantly been thinking that there is not enough time to deliver valuable information on Psychologicial Health and Self Help/nutritional support, support for men through their Andropause process in a 10 minute appointment etc etc and (as usual) so I go on……
I am proud to say that I would like you all to watch this space as I grow and transform my business to include a less “one size fits all” Menopause/Andropause journey for my clients ❤️❤️❤️❤️

So today has been my last day working with some Entitled Persons who have come over from Afghanistan. They have taught me so much about what they have done to help our country. Don’t ever judge our companions as illegals that is a minority of what Britain does. I’m very loved every minute, I’ve cried with them, laughed with them, treated them, helped them heal mental health and physical wounds. But most of all I’ve found myself ###x
