​I am passionate about the benefits of holistic therapies as I have experienced first-hand the positive transformation they have had on my whole family. My holistic therapies facilitate the body's natural ability to heal, restore and balance itself. I have a specialist interest in treating babies because they respond so quickly and beautifully to the therapy. Other treatments I offer include Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki Healing and Reflexology.

Yoga Nidra, explained ✨

Nidra (often called yogic sleep) is a guided meditation where you lie down and are led into a state between waking and sleeping.
Your body deeply rests while your mind stays gently aware 💤🧠

In this state, the nervous system gets a chance to reset — stress hormones drop, the body shifts into rest-and-digest, and you can experience profound calm without “trying” to meditate.

✨ 30–45 minutes of Nidra can feel like hours of restorative sleep
✨ Supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance & deep relaxation

Rest doesn’t take your time – it gives you more of it. ✨

This is the sacred medicine of Yoga Nidra.
It’s not “just lying down” – it’s a guided journey that invites your nervous system to soften, your subconscious to unwind, and your whole being to remember: I am allowed to rest.

In Yoga Nidra:

If you’re feeling those “haven’t done my homework” Sunday evening vibes, tonight’s Nidra is a lovely way to reset, soften the anxiety and set yourself up gently for the week.

From this week I’ll be offering 2 live Nidras each week – perfect if you’d like to build a regular practice and really feel the benefits of deep rest:

This afternoon I lay down on the sofa and just listened to my body. I was tired, so instead of pushing through, I put on a Yoga Nidra… and within minutes, my dog Cloughie had completely relaxed and drifted into a peaceful sleep right beside me 🐶💤

Animals don’t overthink rest – they feel safe, they surrender, and their whole system softens. Nidra seems to reach them too: the gentle voice, the slow rhythm, the calming energy. It’s like their nervous systems recognise the invitation to let go.

Today I chose to do the same. A daytime Nidra to restore myself, reset my nervous system, and give my body what it was asking for – unapologetically.

Winter is the time to relax, go within, and honour the natural pause. You don’t have to keep going at full speed. You’re allowed to stop, lie down, and let yourself be held by rest. My dog Cloughie is living proof. 🤍

✨ I also do Nidra on Thursdays at 7pm and now Sundays at 8pm – perfect for resetting and restoring. Details to follow! ✨
