Contractors Wanted

Invitation To Tender for 1 Year Communal Contracts @ Housing 21 Welby Everard Court, Grantham.

Housing 21 is a leading not-for-profit provider of Retirement Housing and Extra Care for older people of modest means. We manage around 21,000 Retirement and Extra Care properties and we pride ourselves in maintaining our complexes to the highest level to ensure resident satisfaction, while achieving value for money.
We are currently inviting Contractors to tender for the following 1year contracts which will commence on 1st April 2023:
Contractors for tender: -
• Grounds Maintenance of Court communal gardens (including
salting/gritting during winter season)
• Window Cleaning
• Gutter Cleaning
Also, general contractors for the following: -
• General repairs
• Gas engineering
• Electrician
• Plumbing
• Handyman
• Pest control
• Locksmiths
• Wheelie bin cleaners
• Voids works, back to lettable standard
Requirements: -
• Member of Safe Contractor or CHAS Premium (or willing to be by
1st April 2023)

Here at Welby Everard Court the external lighting improvement project is well underway. The lighting along the footpaths is going to look terrific!

We have had many visitors to the Court this week, but by far the smallest are our new residents in our pond. We would like to introduce you to our frog spawn in our newly built wildlife pond. Hopefully we will be able to share some pictures of our froglets in a few weeks 🐸
