Our clinic opened in 1996 as a Grantham Chiropractic Clinic Ltd and began using the name Living Health as the range of natural therapies and treatments increased. Chiropractic Awareness Week starts today and we have a special April/May offer, please see below.

The British Chiropractic Association is calling for a national strategy that includes and utilises the chiropractic profession, to provide more access to care and help alleviate NHS pressures. With the help of chiropractic care over 100,000 more patients could be seen each year. Currently 30 million working days are lost each year due to musculoskeletal conditions, resulting in an estimated £1 billion economic loss, with an estimated 30% of the UK population suffering with a musculoskeletal condition.

During this chiropractic awareness week we will be sharing with you what some of our patients have to say about our chiropractic services.

Part-time Receptionist required!

We're looking a candidate with excellent people skills, a bubbly personality, confidence in basic computer skills, and cash management, to join the Living Health team.

This is a permanent position, at present we're offering a 5 hour shift every Friday 2:00pm -7:00pm and two in four Saturdays a month 8:45am-2:00pm. There will also be opportunities to work additional shifts to cover sickness and holiday etc., or just to swap with other receptionists on the team occasionally.

Ideally, the applicant will have some flexibility in their schedule to accommodate changing rotas from time to time. They will also have previous experience in reception, till balancing at the end of the day, using email, using Excel, and other basic computer operations.

Full training will be given, pay and perks are on the generous side of market rates. We would like to start interviewing promising candidates w/c 13th April, so please apply ASAP by email to michael.groves@livinghealth.co.uk, with a CV.

Her father, Alfred Roberts (later Mayor of Grantham), ran his grocery store and post office from the ground floor of the building, and the family lived upstairs.
