The Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our professional care team. This role is vital in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of our residents throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents during night hours
Assisting residents with mobility, continence, and comfort as required
Conducting regular checks to ensure residents’ safety and wellbeing
Responding promptly and appropriately to residents’ needs and call bells
Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
Supporting a calm, secure, and reassuring night-time environment
Working collaboratively with night staff and handing over effectively to the day team

What We’re Looking For:

A caring, reliable, and patient individual
A genuine passion for supporting older people
Ability to work independently and remain calm during night shifts
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience in a care role is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
